We'd also need to know if you have any special requirements or preferences for voiceover talents, whether you already have the script ready, and any visual images or sound recordings that need to be matched to the voiceover. Do you provide voiceover services in languages other than English?

Can I add background music or special effects to enhance the audio effect of my voiceover project?
Absolutely. You have choices of different special effects, background music and combination of voices to achieve your desired voiceover performance. This kind of post production work will be quoted as an all-inclusive price for your consideration before a service contract is signed.
Who owns the finished product?
Once you have paid in full, you will have ownership of the voiceover recording. However, copyrights for music and special effects may not always be transferrable and license to use may be subject to specific restrictions.
What are your rates for voiceover services?
Each voiceover project is unique and fees vary based on purpose, content, broadcasting medium, length, language, number of voice talents or producers and their skill levels involved, delivery time, and quality requirement of the recording. Based on your requirements, we will prepare a customized project proposal with quote for your consideration. Our quotes are usually based on project, not hourly rates. Our pricing is competitive and you will find our services a good value for the money. We have a minimum charge of C$98 per project.
In what formats will the voiceover recording be delivered?
We normally deliver our audio files electronically via e-mail or FTP. We handle all commonly used file formats including .mp3, .wav, .aif and others. We can also deliver the files in DVD if required. If you need the voiceover recording to be integrated into presentations, websites, software or any other media, we accept all commonly used file formats and can deliver the integrated file to you after processing.
When do I pay?
Upon your approval of the service contract, we request a deposit of 50% of the charges before we start work. Prior to delivery of the work product, you will need to pay the balance in full. For projects involving the integration of the sound track with presentations, a 25% payment is required upon completion of the audio file, with the balance due when the final integrated file is ready.

What happens if I am not satisfied with your voiceover work product?
Global has a quality assurance process that solicits client input throughout the voiceover project to ensure that our delivered work meets your expectations. We ask that you communicate your objectives and content clearly to us during the requirements definition stage. You confirm the scripts and materials to be used. We clarify issues with you before production. You have a say in selection of the voiceover talent. Even after the recording is delivered, we provide you an opportunity for post-delivery review and revision, which should leave you with a product delivered to your total satisfaction.
What happens if I want changes to my project after work has started?
We encourage you to finalize requirements before assigning the project to us. The scope of your project will be defined in the service contract. Our project manager will also go over the script and seek clarification on any queries with you before the actual voiceover recording takes place. If you want to make out of scope changes or requirement changes subsequent to start of work, please contact your project manager as soon as possible. Such changes may incur additional charges.
