Placing an Order for Translation Projects
To place an order for translation services, follow the simple steps below:

A minimum of $98 CAD is charged for all orders.

Global is committed to customer satisfaction. We have a quality assurance process that facilitates clear and open communication, as well as professional and client review of translated work. Post-delivery touch-up, when requested within the review period, is offered at no extra charge.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the amount of the order is required in advance to confirm the order.
For larger projects that involve more than 15 working days, we require an additional payment of 25% upon completion of half the project. An interim draft will be submitted to you for review upon receipt of payment.
When the final product is ready for delivery, you are requested to pay the balance.
Payments may be made using one of the following payment methods. We will deliver the translated work to you via your preferred method upon receipt of payment.

Request an instant quote by completing the Instant Quote Request form. You will be given a ballpark estimate based on standard turnaround time and degree of difficulty. This provides you with a rough idea of how much the project may cost. A firm quote will only be available after review of the actual source document. |

For a firm quote, click on the link from the Instant Quote Request form to Firm Quote Request. Upload your source document and specify any special requirements. Or, you can e-mail us with your requirements and a copy of the source document. We will send you a firm quote by e-mail. |

We will send you a service contract for approval. |

You will need to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will start work on the translation project to meet our mutually agreed upon completion date. |
