Placing an Order for Writing Projects
To place an order for writing or editing services, follow the simple steps below:
Request a Quote
1. Contact us by email or by phone(416-479-0288). One of our service representatives will contact you to discuss how we can help you with your business needs.
2. We will provide verbal suggestions and give you an idea of ballpark service fees during the initial contact. Afterwards, we send you a project proposal with detailed services fees for your consideration.
3. Quotes are given in Canadian Dollars for Canadian clients and US Dollars for international clients. A minimum of $98 CAD is charged for all orders.
Place an Order
1. Place your order based on the project proposal with any amendments. We will prepare a service contract for your approval.
2. You are requested to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will start the production process to meet our mutually agreed upon completion date.
3. Provide us with all the necessary information and materials for inclusion in the writing project. For editing and proofreading projects, please provide us with the draft documents

Global is committed to customer satisfaction. We have a quality assurance process that facilitates clear and open communication as well as active client engagement throughout the entire process. Our service includes post-delivery revisions to take care of any in-scope requests arising from client review.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the amount of the order is required up front to confirm the order.
We will contact you for approval of the work during various stages of production.
For larger projects that involve more than 15 working days, we require an additional payment of 25% upon completion of half the project. An interim draft will be submitted to you for review upon receipt of payment.
When the final product is ready for delivery, you are requested to pay the balance.
Payments may be made using one of the following payment methods. We will deliver the translated work to you via your preferred method upon receipt of payment.
