Placing an Order for Voiceover Projects
To place an order for voiceover services, follow the simple steps below:

Global is committed to customer satisfaction. We have a quality assurance process that facilitates clear and open communication as well as active client engagement throughout the entire process. Our service includes post-delivery revision to take care of any in-scope requests arising from client review.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the amount of the order is required up front to confirm the order.
We will contact you for approval of the work during various stages of production.
For projects involving voiceover file only, you are requested to pay the remaining 50% balance when the audio file is ready for delivery. We will deliver the file to you upon receipt of payment.
For projects involving the integration of the sound track with presentations, the second payment of 25% is required upon completion of the audio file. When the final integrated file is ready, we will deliver it to you upon receipt of the remaining 25% of payment.

- Contact us by email or by phone. One of our service representatives will contact you to discuss how we can help you with your business needs.
- We will provide verbal suggestions and give you an idea of ballpark service fees during the initial contact. Afterwards, we send you a project proposal with detailed services fees for your consideration.
- Quotes are given in Canadian Dollars for Canadian clients and US Dollars for international clients. A minimum of $98 CAD is charged for all orders.
- Place your order based on the project proposal with any amendments. We will prepare a service contract for your approval.
- You are requested to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will start the production process to meet our mutually agreed upon completion date.
- Provide us with all the necessary scripts, video clips and other materials, where applicable, for the voiceover project. (Alternatively, provide us with all the necessary information if Global is contracted to prepare the content.)
