	Requirements Definition - Before we start the writing project, we review the purpose of the writing project with you to ensure we understand the target audience, geographical location of release, timing of release, medium of presentation, the key messages to be included, style and tone, delivery date and special formatting requirements. If the assignment requires special technical or industry knowledge, we also confirm whether you have a subject matter expert to support the project if required.
	Materials Collection - Our project manager will collect: - Detailed information to be used in the contents -- company information, personal bios, product and service information, images (for captions or illustrations), important datesetc. You are responsible for the accuracy and copyright of the information provided. - Reference materials -- previously published materials, company website, product brochures, manuals, glossary, industry literature...etc.
	Assignment - Based on the defined requirements, our Project Managers will assign the project to the most suitable writing professional, taking into consideration geographical location, industry knowledge, technical expertise, writing skills and style strengths. The delivery schedule will also be clearly communicated.
	Outline Preparation & Approval - Based on your stated objective and input, we will prepare a draft content outline for your approval. This covers the general approach, key points to be included, and the order of idea presentation and, if applicable, where images are to appear. This outline will form the backbone to which detailed information will be added. Your approval will be sought to ensure that all important information is included and there will be no surprises with the end product. This step in the process also provides an opportunity to fill in missing gaps and clarify issues. You will be advised if additional information needs to be supplied.
	Detailed Content Writing - Based on the agreed outline and available information, our professional writer prepares a full write-up and submits a proofread and formatted draft for review.
	Editing, Revision and Proofreading - An editor reviews the submitted draft to ensure that it is in line with the agreed outline, covers all the essential information, flows logically and is stylistically appropriate. The usual proofreading for typographical and syntactical errors, grammatical mistakes and punctuation, as well as the matching of text to images (where applicable), will take place again.
	Project Delivery - If the project manager is satisfied with the work product, the document will be delivered via your preferred method.
	Client Review and Revision (2 rounds) - You are invited to provide feedback on the submitted write-up within a review period. Client comments and requests for in-scope changes will be processed and incorporated in revised versions. As the content outline has been approved earlier, we do not anticipate any major changes. Our standard writing service package provides for two iterations of in-scope revisions on the full version, which should bring the final product to your satisfaction.
	Page Layout - If you want the written document to be inserted into specific layouts, we provide page layout services by inserting the text in the appropriate spots of the editable source document and converting the document into a user-friendly format for immediate use.
	Proofreading and Formatting - All projects for which you have opted for page layout service are subject to a second proofreading and software format examination.
	Delivery of Formatted Document - The final proofread and formatted document is delivered to you.
	Communication - Throughout the entire project process, we keep in close communication with you and our writers to ensure that requirements are well understood, issues identified and resolved early, feedback and approvals obtained promptly and that the final product is delivered with quality, on time and to your satisfaction.

Editing or re-writing projects follow a similar but simpler process. Requirements definition still takes place at the beginning. Instead of more involved research, outline preparation and detailed writing, our writers will work on client-supplied drafts, making improvements where necessary on content organization, grammar, diction and style. Our standard process still provides for two iterations of revisions.
