Translation Services

Global Translation and Writing Services works only with translators who have proven qualifications and/or extensive experience in the industry. As part of our quality assurance process, we offer an optional editing service by professional translators to review flow, diction and cultural relevance. For important documents and those intended for public viewing or marketing purpose, we strongly recommend that the client make use of this available service.
While exercising due diligence in providing quality translation service to its clients, Global Translation and Writing Services does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness of content, or intended results of the translated work products, or any loss or damages on the part of the client resulting from use of the translated text.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the source text supplied to Global does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. Where the translation pertains to company names, trademarks, product names, names of persons, taglines, slogans, patents or other intellectual property rights related text, the client is responsible for conducting name search and other relevant research (including in the geographical areas where the translated text will be published or released) to avoid duplication and/or trademark, copyright or intellectual property rights infringement prior to use.
