Certified and Notarized Translation
If your documents are required by government agencies, educational institutions, professional associations, employers, or the court, and the original documents are not in the official languages, you are likely required to submit certified or notarized translations, or both.

Global provides both certified and notarized translations. When you provide us with your document, please specify whether you require certified translation, notarized translation, or both. Please also remember to provide us with your official English name.

Certified Translation - Our certified translators have passed standardized examinations or certification and are members in good standing with recognized translator associations such as the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). They vouchsafe for their quality by a signed statement attesting accuracy and with association issued stamp applied.

Notarized Translation - Notarization of a translated document involves a sworn affidavit by the translator before a Notary Public who affixes his/her seal to the translated document. The affidavit contains the translator's credentials and the translator's declaration that the translated document is a true and exact translation of the source documents.

Global can assist you in arranging for notarized translations. Please provide us with your original document or a certified true copy of it.

Confidentiality
Legal documents contain a lot of sensitive personal information. Global protects client information by requiring all its translators to sign confidentiality agreements that protect your information.
