Delivery Formats for Translated and Written Work
Translated and written work can be delivered in the following formats:
1. The standard translation or written work product will be delivered in a Microsoft Word document or PDF, in the target language.
2. We can return the translated or edited work in the same format that the source document is provided.
3. Our page layout specialists can take your source files and insert the translated copy into your original format, including print, web, multimedia and others.
4. We can load the translated or written work into a prescribed format that is different from the source file. Special page layout and formatting services for your website or print publications are also available.
Where translated or written work needs to be loaded into a specific format, we take extra care to ensure that the page layout and formatting for the translated copy is professionally done. We also perform an extra round of proofreading to make sure that the translated text is intact after formatting.
Additional service fees will be incurred if the translated or written work is delivered in any formats other than Word and PDF.
